pbERP is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) management and client service tracking application. We only collect the minimal information necessary for software licensing, subscription management, and application activation:

• Business Information: Registered Business/Client Name, Contact Person Name, and Designation.
• Identifier / Mobile Number: The mobile number provided during client registration or app activation.
• Subscription & Licensing Details: Service installation date, subscription validity/expiry dates, and service charge status.

2. How Information is Used & App Activation

The collected information is used solely for operational and service management purposes:

• App Activation & Identity Matching: When the Android app is installed, the user enters a mobile number. This number is used strictly as an account verification and validation code to match against our pre-registered client database record. No SMS or OTP (One-Time Password) transmission is involved in this process.
• Subscription Management: To notify users about software renewal dates and monthly/yearly service validity.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any client data or business identifiers with third-party advertising companies, data brokers, or external entities. All data remains strictly within the secure pbERP infrastructure.

4. Data Security

We implement standard technical and organizational security measures to protect client records stored in our database against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Client information is retained only as long as the client utilizes the pbERP software services. If a client discontinues their service or wishes to request deletion of their business record/phone identifier, they may contact our support team at pbdsoftltd@gmail.com, and the records will be permanently removed.

6. Children's Privacy

pbERP is an enterprise business management software intended exclusively for business owners, employees, and authorized personnel. It is not intended for or directed toward children under the age of 13 (or 18).
